We’re looking for a Territory Sales Representative. In this role, you will drive sales and execute marketing plans across branch locations, national accounts and local small accounts. You’ll engage professional end users, grow market share, build strong customer relationships and support strategic initiatives to expand our brand presence.

What will you do?

As a Territory Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Drive sales growth, market share and profitability within the assigned territory according to budget and regional guidelines
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to convert customers to us and company brand products
  • Expand market presence across distribution and end users
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small accounts, branch locations and end users through visits, joint sales calls, training, merchandising and events
  • Support regional and national accounts in collaboration with account managers
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track opportunities and achieve category goals
  • Represent and promote the brand through training, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Provide feedback from the field on competition, market trends, products, and policies
  • Commit to continuous professional development and effective use of sales tools and technology
  • Perform field-based work, including travel, product demonstrations and working in various physical environments


Physical requirements:

  • Stand or walk 50–90% of the workday.
  • Lift, push, pull, or carry materials and tools up to 25 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 75 lbs.
  • Set up and operate tool displays, requiring bending, kneeling, crouching, or stooping.
  • Operate equipment with vibration and torque; drive up to 5 hours at a time.
  • Sit 10–50% of the day in a car; 4–10 hours/week at a desk; enter data 4–6 hours/week.
  • Normal vision and hearing required for tool operation and driving.
  • Frequently work outdoors and in noisy environments.



What we ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or related field preferred
  • Meet or Exceed levels of performance in a Field Sales Rep, Single Store Rep, or Event Marketing Specialist position or equivalent outside sales experience
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions and physical demands of the job with or without accommodation
  • Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective, and market savvy
  • Requires a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 25% of time
