Are you ready for a new challenge as a Technician Supervisor? For one of our clients, we are immediately looking for a Supervisor Technician with a passion for both technology and people. You will lead a motivated technical team, ensure safe and efficient execution of tasks, and contribute to technical solutions. You will be working at a modern and dynamic company that has been developing smart security and IT solutions for over ten years, ranging from camera systems to complete network and server solutions.

What will you do?
As a Supervisor Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, guiding, and motivating the team of technicians
- Assigning and planning daily tasks
- Monitoring progress and quality of completed work
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines
- Identifying technical issues and actively contributing to solutions
- Supporting complex repairs and installations
- Reporting results, bottlenecks, and improvement points to management
- Managing materials, tools, and inventory for efficient use
- Training and coaching new team members
What we ask
- Completed technical education (MBO/HBO level, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a technical role (with at least 1–2 years in a leadership position considered an advantage)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Spanish (Dutch is a plus, but not required)
- Very important: ability to lead and motivate a team
- Flexible and able to adapt to change
- Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and set priorities
