Our client, Select Automotive, is looking for a Service Assistant (Automotive) who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles throughout the dealership. You will be responsible for managing customer parking areas, moving vehicles between different departments, and ensuring that customers always find an available parking space and receive their vehicles in a professional and timely manner.
We are looking for someone who is mature, responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking professional who takes pride in maintaining order, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours
- Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Two 15-minute breaks daily at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
What will you do?
As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Keep customer parking spaces available and organized
- Move vehicles occupying parking spaces unnecessarily
- Ensure smooth vehicle flow throughout the premises
- Collect completed vehicles from the workshop
- Prepare and present vehicles neatly for customer handover
- Safely store uncollected vehicles and prepare them the following morning
- Retrieve vehicles from the car wash queue when customers arrive
- Retrieve vehicles from storage and deliver them to customers
- Provide customers with a smooth and professional service experience
- Keep the service area organized
- Keep workshop entrances and driving routes clear
- Receive tow-in vehicles and park them in the designated areas
- Conduct regular inspections and identify potential issues
- Move vehicles safely and carefully
- Inspect and report damage before and after moving vehicles
- Never leave keys inside unattended vehicles
