What you will do
As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Welcoming and assisting customers when picking up and returning vehicles
- Checking documents, contracts, and driver’s licenses
- Conducting vehicle inspections at check-out and return
- Explaining rental terms, insurance, and vehicle usage to customers
- Processing payments and preparing invoices and receipts
- Identifying and reporting discrepancies
- Maintaining a clean and customer-friendly work environment
- Completing daily checklists and following company guidelines
What we ask
- You are presentable and customer-oriented
- You have strong communication skills
- You are stress-resistant and work accurately
- You are flexible and willing to work shifts
- You speak fluent Dutch and English (German and Spanish are a plus)
