Salary : XCG 13.50 gross per hour
For a leading manufacturer of windows, doors, and sun protection systems in Curaçao, we are looking for a motivated Production Worker. The company provides high-quality, customized solutions for both private homes and commercial projects and has years of experience in the local and regional market.
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for producing windows and doors according to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will work closely with your colleagues in the production team and contribute to a safe and efficient production process.

What will you do?
As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Measuring, sawing, and pressing profiles
- Assembling components into finished products
- Packing finished products
- Placing products on the correct pallets
- Cleaning the production floor on a daily basis
- Completing and maintaining quality control (OK) forms during production
- Cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining machines according to the maintenance schedule
What we ask
- MBO+ level of education and working experience
- Experience in production or assembly work is an advantage
- Accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
- A results-oriented and proactive attitude
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Willingness to work full-time during daytime hours
