Salary                                  : XCG 4.000 – 7.000 gross per month


For one of our clients in Curaçao, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will support and manage payroll processes within a dynamic hospitality environment, working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll administration and compliance with local regulations.

What will you do?

As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting full-cycle payroll processes accurately and on time
  • Validating payroll data including overtime, allowances, deductions, and salary adjustments
  • Processing payroll-related changes such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Preparing payroll reports, reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll-related analyses
  • Supporting payroll audits, compliance processes, and payroll system administration
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, payroll regulations, and company procedures
  • Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and department leaders to support smooth payroll operations
  • Monitoring payroll accuracy, maintaining confidential records, and supporting data integrity
  • Assisting with payroll reporting, labor cost analysis, and payroll-related inquiries
  • Supporting payroll operations across multiple properties within the organization



What we ask

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
  •  Experience in payroll, accounting, or HR administration within a complex or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, payroll compliance, and local labor regulations
  • Experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and payroll-related administration
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Experience working with payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and operational teams
  • Experience within hospitality or multi-property operations is considered a plus
