As a Marketing Strategist, you are responsible for developing, managing, and safeguarding the marketing strategy for our four different companies. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and an external marketing agency responsible for content creation. You take the lead, bring structure, and ensure that all marketing activities are not only executed effectively but also contribute to growth and positioning — both per company and for the group as a whole.

What you will do
- In the role of Marketing Strategist, you are the key link between internal stakeholders and
- the external marketing agency. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing marketing strategies for four different companies
- Creating and managing marketing plans and annual calendars
- Managing and briefing the external marketing agency for content creation
- Coordinating and executing campaigns (online and offline)
- Monitoring results and optimizing based on data and KPIs
- Guarding brand identity and positioning per organization
- Aligning with internal teams on goals, actions, and priorities
- Identifying market opportunities and translating them into concrete marketing actions
What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Commercial
- Economics
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in a marketing role (preferably strategic)
- Experience managing multiple projects or brands simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Experience working with external agencies is a plus
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions
- Proactive, independent, and strong in planning and prioritizing
- Creative, yet structured and results-driven
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (Papiamentu is a plus)
