Are you an all‑round Marketing Executive with strategic insight and strong creative execution skills? For one of our clients in Bonaire, we are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Marketing Executive who can seamlessly switch between strategy, content creation, digital campaigns, and project coordination.

What will you do?
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing annual plans and marketing strategies
- Planning and executing campaigns for promotions, events, and holidays
- Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance
- Designing marketing materials (banners, flyers, posters, business cards)
- Creating and managing social media content and promotional videos
- Providing photography and videography during events
- Managing Google Ads campaigns
- Increasing social media engagement and online reach
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers, print partners, media, and external stakeholders
- Reviewing sponsorship and donation requests
What we ask
- Strategic insight combined with strong creativity
- Knowledge of marketing tools, social media management, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical ability to evaluate campaigns and results
- Proactive, results‑oriented, and stress‑resistant mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Independent, responsible, and capable of taking ownership
- Leadership abilities (able to guide or coordinate team members)
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to attend events and promotional activities
- Strong visual and storytelling skills
