We are looking for a Junior HR Officer. In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced and people driven environment where professionalism and collaboration are key. What will you do?
As a Junior HR Officer you will be responsible for:
• Processing HR administration (onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding)
• Supporting payroll administration and processing employee changes
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers
• Managing personnel files and HR systems
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Contributing to improvements and the digitalization of HR processes
What we ask
• A hands-on and proactive mindset, with the ability to think along and contribute ideas
• MBO level 4 degree in HR, law, or an administrative-related field
• 0–3 years of experience (or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience)
• Affinity with HR administration and payroll processing
• Proficient in systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Accurate and structured working style
• Proactive and practical attitude
• Able to perform well in a dynamic work environment
