Salary : XCG 2.875, – gross per hour

Our client operates in distribution and stock-driven sales and is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative. What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Preparing, issuing, and following up on quotations
- Processing, checking, and monitoring sales orders in the system
- Advising customers on products, prices, stock levels, and delivery times
- Supporting the field sales team with commercial activities and customer visits
- Handling returns, complaints, and aftersales services
- Identifying commercial opportunities and customer needs
- Keeping customer and product data up to date
- Coordinating with logistics, warehouse, and planning regarding deliveries and stock
What we ask
• MBO level of education (e.g. Commerce, Logistics, Trade)
• Experience in a wholesale environment is a plus
• Strong communication and commercial skills
• Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
• Accurate administrative skills and experience with order processing
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with Odoo is a plus
• Good command of Papiamentu, Dutch, English, and Spanish
