What will you do?
As an ICT Support Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing first-line ICT support to users
- Managing and supporting applications and systems
- Registering and resolving incidents, malfunctions, and tickets
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Maintaining and monitoring server rooms and equipment
- Tracking the progress of incidents and tasks
- Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
- Supporting audiovisual equipment and IT infrastructure
- Managing user accounts and access rights
What we ask
- MBO level 4 working and thinking level (preferably in ICT)
- Knowledge of network and system management
- Affinity with cybersecurity and information security
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Customer-oriented and service-minded attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Accurate and quality-driven
- Excellent command of Dutch (required)
- Good communication skills in English and Papiamentu
- Spanish is a plus
Additional requirements
- Medical examination is part of the selection process
- Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) required
