Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary : XCG 3.000 – 4.000, – gross per month
Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and innovative environment? For one of our clients we are looking for an HR Officer who will act as the link between employees and management while supporting and optimizing HR processes across multiple islands. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the further professionalization and digitalization of the HR department while working closely with leadership and employees throughout the organization.

What will you do?
As an HR Officer you will be responsible for:
- Advising and supporting management and employees on HR-related matters such as
performance, absenteeism, and employment conditions
- Supporting managers in recruitment and selection processes
- Managing accurate HR administration and monthly payroll processing
- Assisting with the optimization and digitalization of HR processes
- Guiding and supporting performance review and appraisal processes
- Identifying, mediating, and helping resolve workplace conflicts
- Developing proposals related to compensation, talent management, and employee benefits
- Maintaining contact with external parties such as recruitment agencies, pension funds, insurance companies, and training providers
- Collaborating with managers and teams across different islands to support HR operations
What we ask
- You have at least a completed bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in HRM or a related field
- You have experience in a similar HR role
- You have up-to-date knowledge of HR development and employment legislation
- You are reliable, professional, and discreet with confidential information
- You have strong communication and advisory skills
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and structured in your work approach
- You work well together with different teams and departments
- You are fluent in Papiamentu, Dutch, and English
