For Multiple clients in Curacao, we are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeper and Houseman to join our housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in gueaast rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for all hotel guests. What will you do?
As a Housekeeper / Housemen you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues and ensuring adherence to hotel standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
- Clean and tidy common areas, such as hallways, lobbies and restrooms
- Restock guest room supplies, toiletries and amenities
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department
- Adhere to established safety procedures and guidelines, using personal protective equipment when required
- Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, aiming to minimize waste
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as the front desk, to coordinate guest requests and ensure smooth operations
What we ask
- You have cleaning experience or are willing to learn
- You have a up-to-date residence permit and a work permit, this is a must!
- You can speak a little bit English to greet or help guests and take initiative
- You have attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and order
- You have a strong work ethic and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency
- You are flexibility and have the ability to work shifts that may include weekends and evenings
