Salary                                 : XCG 16,81 gross per hour


For one of our clients, we’re looking for a Facility Service Employee!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth continuity of daily operations in the canteen locations and coordinating refreshments during meetings in various meeting rooms. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy supporting operational excellence, this role is for you!

What will you do?

As Facility Service Employee you will be responsible for:

  • F&B Management / Support for Meetings
  • Keep track of daily meeting schedules to ensure accurate and timely delivery of refreshments to the right rooms
  • Organize and provide refreshments for internal meetings, trainings, and events across departments
  • Arrange timely set-up and presentation of beverages, snacks, and other catering needs in meeting rooms
  • Ensure the availability of necessary supplies and liaise with catering providers as needed
  • Oversee setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and professional presentation Operational Oversight
  • Serve as the on-ground contact for daily facility activities, providing operational support and a visible presence
  • Monitor service performance and intervene promptly in case of issues or disruptions
    Report facility concerns or repair needs to the Facility Manager for resolution
  • Communicate operational updates and ensure adherence to service and cleanliness standards
  • Canteen Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all facility canteens and pantries, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
  • Coordinate with cleaning teams for consistent presentation and cleanliness
  • Regularly inspect canteens for cleanliness, functional furniture, and attractive layout
  • Support seasonal or themed decorations to enhance the dining experience
  • Manage daily maintenance and replenishment of coffee machines in all canteens and pantries
  • Serve as the point of contact for coffee machine and fridge vendors, managing service requests and maintenance schedules



What we ask

  • MBO/Associate Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in facility services, logistics, or hospitality environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Hands-on mentality and service-oriented attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
  • Physical vitality and stamina (able to stay active and frequently move between facilities)
