Position : Data Collector

Location : Willemstad
Hours : 20 – 24 hours per week
Salary : XCG 13.23 gross per hour
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about data? For one of our clients, we are looking for a Data Collector. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and processing raw data to support operational analysis, improve processes, and help ensure compliance with service standards. What will you do?
As a Data Collector you will be responsible for:
- Collect and compile data from sources such as passenger flow, flight schedules, and waiting times;
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency according to procedures and standards
- Maintain databases and use data collection tools effectively
- Generate reports and dashboards to support analysis and decision-making
- Share insights and recommendations with departments based on collected data
What we ask
- Knowledge of data collection and database management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); basic knowledge of Power BI
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, Papiamentu, and Spanish
- A team player with a problem-solving mindset and strong research skills
- Flexible working hours including weekends & holidays
