We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic and service-oriented environment within the car rental industry. You’ll be the face of the company, assisting customers and ensuring smooth daily operations. A great job in a pleasant and professional work environment!

What will you do?
As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for:
• Delivering and collecting rental cars
• Renting out vehicles and assisting customers with contracts
• Transporting clients to and from the rental station
• Performing light administrative tasks related to car rentals
• Inspecting vehicles before and after rental
• Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries
• Supporting daily operations at the rental desk
What we ask
• You are reliable, customer-friendly, and proactive
• You speak Dutch and/or English
• You have a valid driver’s license
• You are available for 15–20 hours per week
• Preference for candidates aged 55+
