Do you want to take on a leadership role within an organization that contributes daily to a cleaner Curaçao? Our client is currently looking for a proactive Commercial Operations Manager. In this versatile role, you will lead a team of 28 employees and ensure that all commercial services and daily operational activities within the department run smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?
As a Commercial Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the annual departmental plan
- Initiating and supporting commercial projects and improvement processes
- Coordinating operational business processes within the department
- Leading, coaching, and motivating supervisors and employees
- Monitoring safety, quality, and work procedures
- Preparing periodic reports and performance indicators
What we ask
- Completed HBO (Bachelor’s level) education, preferably in commercial economics or middle management
- Proven experience in a wholesale environment is an advantage
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Administrative accuracy and experience with order processes
- Knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of Odoo is a plus)
- You are organized, customer-focused, and take initiative
- Good command of Papiamentu, Dutch, English, and Spanish
