Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about data? For one of our clients, we are looking for a Commercial Office Assistant.  In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and processing raw data to support operational analysis, improve processes, and help ensure compliance with service standards. What will you do?

As a Commercial Office Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting and reviewing advertising agreements for the department
  • Drafts and reviews advertising agreements according to internal guidelines
  • Collects required company details and coordinates urgent agreements with Legal
  • Prepares Pro Forma Payment Overviews and works with Finance on invoicing
  • Files and maintains signed agreements and sends payment reminders
  • Serves as the main point of contact for contractual questions

Performing administrative and repro tasks for Manager / Coordinator:

  • Creates Requisitions and ensures accurate PO documentation for Finance
  • Monitors PO uploads and supports Accounts Receivable (minutes, Aging List, collections)
  • Communicates with clients about invoices and contract renewals.
  • Suggests improvements to administrative procedures.
  • Manages annual PO overview and ensures all Good Receipts are processed before year‑end.


General organizational support

  • Provides solutions to issues and collaborates closely with colleagues
  • Contributes to a positive team environment
  • Performs other related duties as needed

What we ask

  • Technical and practical knowledge of the field
  • Minimal 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Education MBO+ level in the field of Administrative
  • Skilled in communication in English, Dutch, Papiamentu and Spanish (verbal and in writing)
  • Knowledge of business processes, planning and reporting
  • Knowledge and experience in drafting and handling contracts
  • Insight into social, financial, economic, technical, legal or political-administrative matters of one’s own field of work
  • Skill in reading and interpreting contracts
  • Skill in working with common software packages (Microsoft, Words, Excel etc.)
  • Skill in working as a team
  • Skilled in time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and planning skills
