For a client within the construction and glass industry in Curaçao, we are looking for a Commercial Inside Sales Representative. In this versatile role, you will act as the link between customers, sales, logistics, and administration. A great opportunity for a commercial professional who enjoys customer interaction, administration, and sales support.

What Will You Do?
As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing, preparing, and following up on customer orders and quotations
- Maintaining customer contact via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
- Monitoring order progress and delivery times
- Coordinating with logistics, planning, and administration departments
- Managing customer and project information within the ERP system
- Supporting invoicing and administrative processes
- Identifying commercial opportunities such as cross-selling and upselling
- Assisting with marketing activities and online visibility
- Preparing reports and supporting the sales team
What We Ask
- HBO level of working and thinking, or equivalent higher professional education level
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Commercial, customer-oriented, and strong communication skills
- Accurate, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Papiamento, Dutch, and English
- Affinity with logistics and/or the construction industry is a plus
