Salary : XCG 2.500 – 3.000, – gross per month
For one of our clients, we are immediately looking for a Car Rental Agent. In this varied role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing rental vehicles, and handling smooth check-in and check-out procedures. You will work in a dynamic environment where customer service, flexibility, and communication are key. An active role in which you will be involved in both administrative and operational tasks!

What will you do?
As a Car Rental Agent you will be responsible for:
- Picking up, delivering, and relocating vehicles between different locations
- Carrying out check-in and check-out procedures for rental cars
- Inspecting, preparing, and checking vehicles for the next customer
- Informing customers about rental terms, rates, and services
- Inspecting and registering vehicle damages
- Maintaining WhatsApp communication with customers regarding the pick-up service at Hato
- Processing reservations in the car rental system
What we ask
- Minimum age of 25 years old
- In possession of a valid driver’s license B (minimum 1 year)
- Minimum completed HAVO or VSBO education
- Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer systems
- Independent, energetic, and customer-oriented
- Flexible and available to work 5 days according to schedule
- Good command of Dutch and English; Spanish and Papiamentu are a plus
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or car rental is an advantage
