Salary : XCG 13,27 gross per hour

Do you know how to combine great drinks with an unforgettable guest experience? We are looking for an experienced and service-minded Bartender who feels confident behind the bar. You know your cocktails, spirits and wines, work accurately even when it gets busy, and understand that great bartending is just as much about hospitality as it is about preparing drinks.

What will you do?
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Ensuring consistent drink quality, accurate measurements and professional presentation
- Welcoming guests and creating a friendly and engaging bar atmosphere
- Providing recommendations on cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages
- Keeping the bar, equipment, glassware and work areas clean and organized
- Restocking beverages, mixers, garnishes and other bar supplies
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and handling requests or concerns professionally
- Serving alcohol responsibly and following applicable safety, hygiene and alcohol-service procedures
- Working closely with the bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
What we ask
- You have previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Server in a hotel, bar or restaurant
- You have strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage preparation techniques
- You have excellent guest-service and communication skills
- You are professional, attentive and service-oriented
- You can remain accurate and efficient in a busy environment
- You are physically able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting, bending and moving around the bar
- You understand the importance of responsible alcohol service, hygiene and safety
- A mixology or beverage certification is an advantage
- Experience within a hotel or resort environment is an advantage
Work Hours
- Until October 20 2026, the working hours will be:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM. - As of October 21 2026, the working hours will be:
Monday through Sunday in one of the following shifts:
– Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
– Shift 2: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
– Shift 3: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
– Shift 4: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
– Shift 5: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
