For a leading manufacturer of windows, doors, and sun-shading systems in Curaçao, we are looking for a motivated Assembly Worker. The organization delivers high-quality customized solutions for both private homes and commercial projects, with many years of experience in the local and regional market.
As an Assembly Worker at this company, you are responsible for installing windows and doors according to planning, quality standards, and safety regulations. You work closely with colleagues in production and contribute to a safe and efficient work process.

What will you do
- As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Fitting and assembling various components
- Installing wall panels, ceiling elements, flooring components, and custom-made furniture
- Performing maintenance and repair work
- Contributing ideas for solutions and improving work processes
What do you bring?
- A completed MTS degree in Construction or Metal Technology (or comparable)
- MBO+ working and thinking level
- Affinity with metalworking and technology
- Problem-solving skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented attitude
- A true team player who can also work independently
- Customer-oriented and precise in your work
- Good command of Dutch and English
