Position : Allround Logistics Employee
Employment : Temporary project
Location : Willemstad
Hours : 40 Hours (7:15 – 16:15/ 8:00 – 17:00)
Salary : XCG 23,08 gross per hour
For one of our clients we’re looking for Allround Logistics Employee! In this role, you’ll help manage and support the procurement process for goods and services, ensuring everything is delivered on time, within budget, and to the right specifications. You’ll play a key part in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and contributing to continuous improvement across projects and departments.

What will you do?
As a Allround Logistics Employee you will be responsible for:
- Procurement Preparation & Execution
- Request and evaluate quotations with internal requestors
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), resolve deviations, and negotiate terms
- Advise on supplier selection and initiate approval processes
- Support contract preparation and monitor compliance
- Explore domestic and international supplier markets
- Participate in intercompany procurement projects
Delivery Monitoring & Logistics
- Track order status and supplier deliveries
- Handle delivery issues (shortages, damage, incorrect items)
- Coordinate returns, credit notes, and complaints
- Manage transport planning and vehicle register (airport runs, supplier visits, site shuttles)
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate recurring issues
Administration & Reporting
- Archive procurement documents and maintain supplier records
- Support KPI reporting, audits, and supplier evaluations
- Liaise with Finance for invoice processing and payment coordination
- Assess supplier contracts and contribute to ISO compliance reviews
What we ask
- MBO+/HBO degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or procurement
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement/logistics with technical affinity
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles and supplier negotiation
- Experience with ERP systems (IFS) and MS Office
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamentu
- Valid B and E driver’s license and Basic Safety Certificate (DSCu)
- NEVI I certification preferred
- Familiarity with customs formalities and international logistics
- Experience in shipbuilding or maritime technical environments is an asset
