Salary : Gross hourly wage between XCG 15,50 – XCG 17,50
For one of our clients, we are immediately looking for an Administration Officer to strengthen the team both administratively and operationally. You will be working at a modern and dynamic company that has been developing smart security and IT solutions for over ten years, ranging from camera systems to complete network and server solutions.

What will you do?
- As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily office operations
- Managing office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Serving as the point of contact for internal and external communication
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital records
- Providing HR support such as onboarding, attendance registration, and staff coordination
- Scheduling appointments and meetings and managing calendars
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, budget preparation, and administrative financial support
- Monitoring health, safety, and compliance standards
- Assisting with events, staff meetings, and company activities
- Identifying areas for improvement and supporting process optimization
What we ask
- An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in administration or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with MS Office and office management software
- Basic knowledge of HR, finance, or procurement is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly
