Position : Account Manager
Employment : Temporary project
Location : Willemstad, Curaçao
Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary : XCG 3.500 – 4.500,- gross per month
For one of our clients we are looking for an Account Manager. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between the company and its clients. You will work in a dynamic, commercial and international environment where relationship management, customer satisfaction and business growth are central. With your commercial mindset and strong communication skills, you ensure excellent delivery service and contribute to long-term client success.

What will you do?
- As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing relationships with existing and new clients
- Acting as the main contact person for clients
- Identifying client needs and translating them into tailored solutions
- Preparing quotations, proposals and sales presentations
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead to closing and after-sales follow-up
- Monitoring client satisfaction and resolving issues proactively
- Coordinating with internal departments (technical, operations, finance)
- Contributing to sales targets and account plans
What we ask
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or similar
- You have 3–5 years of experience in account management or sales
- You are commercially driven and customer oriented
- You speak Dutch, English and Papiamentu
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills
- You are proactive, independent and result-oriented
