Position :Service Technician Maintenance (Painter / Handyman / Carpenter / Working Foreman)
Employment : Via Impacto (Temporary employment basis)
Location : Curaçao
Hours : 40 hours per week
Salary : XCG 11.93 – 17.50 gross per hour
Are you a hands-on professional who enjoys technical work and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship? For one of our clients, we are looking for motivated Maintenance Technicians to strengthen the team. We are looking for professionals with experience or interest in painting, carpentry, repairs, and general maintenance. You will work in a professional environment where quality, safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship are highly valued.
We are looking for:
- Painter
- Handyman / Maintenance Technician
- Carpenter
- Working Foreman Monument Maintenance / Maintenance Team
What will you do?
Painter
- Paint walls, ceilings, and wooden materials.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking.
- Mix and work with different types of paint products.
- Keep tools and materials clean and organized.
- Perform painting work safely according to safety procedures.
Handyman / Maintenance Technician
- Perform various small technical maintenance tasks.
- Replace locks, switches, light bulbs, and perform other minor repairs.
- Remove, install, or adjust doors and windows.
- Carry out small repairs and general maintenance work.
- Assist with small purchases and technical tasks.
- Maintain inventory of daily-use materials.
Carpenter
- Repair and replace shutters, windows, doors, and balconies (railings)
- Measure, prepare, and cut wood according to specifications.
- Work both in the workshop and on location.
- Maintain tools and keep the workplace clean and organized.
- Manage and maintain material inventory.
- Working Foreman Monument Maintenance / Maintenance Tea
- Prepare work schedules and distribute tasks among team members.
- Supervise quality, progress, and safety during projects.
- Participate in painting, carpentry, and/or maintenance activities.
- Monitor material usage, arrange purchases, and manage inventory.
- Prepare reports wit the required project information.

- You speak Papiamento and/or English.
- Experience in painting, carpentry, or maintenance is an advantage.
- Technical education or relevant certificates are an advantage.
- You have a valid driver’s license (B).
- You can work independently as well as part of a team.
- You work safely and pay attention to quality.
