Salary : XCG 12,50 gross per hour
Are you commercially driven, detail-oriented, and enjoy being on the road? For a leading international brand, we are looking for a Sales & Store Representative. In this role, you are the face of the brand in the market and responsible for sales and customer relationship or optimal product presentation. You actively contribute to the visibility, availability, and growth of the product portfolio.

What will you do?
As a Sales & Store Representative, you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Visiting and servicing customers and retail outlets according to a fixed route plan
- Achieving sales targets and actively stimulating additional sales
- Offering mandatory and secondary product portfolios per channel
- Ensuring a strong and attractive product presentation in stores
- Placing and maintaining Point of Purchase (POP) materials
- Restocking, rotating, and checking products according to FIFO principles
- Monitoring CBBC cooling equipment and ensuring proper stocking
- Identifying new sales opportunities and potential new customers
- Reporting on competitor activities and market developments
- Coordinating (pre-)selling orders and forwarding customer complaints
- Contributing to product launches and marketing campaigns
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, HACCP, and environmental standards
What we ask
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a commercial field sales or merchandising role
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Attention to detail and a sense for product presentation
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and planning abilities
- Physically able to work in the field for extended periods
- Affinity with FMCG, retail, and market developments
- Language skills: Papiamentu, English, and Spanish (Dutch is a plus)
