Position : Commercial Marketing Specialist
Employment : Temporary project (6 Months)

Hours : 32 – 40 Hours
Salary : XCG 35 – 40,- gross per hour
For one of our clients in the aviation industry, we are looking for a Commercial Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing commercial initiatives that drive revenue through effective advertising, campaign management, and stakeholder coordination, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.

What will you do?
As a Commercial Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supports annual planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Executes and manages advertising and marketing campaigns within budget
- Designs and coordinates marketing and promotional materials
- Manages external partners, agencies, and business networks
- Sells and manages airport advertising spaces and identifies new clients
- Coordinates commercial filming and promotional activities on airport premises
- Supports commercial development, non-aeronautical activities, and small projects
- Acts as project manager for minor commercial initiatives
- Liaises with concession holders and service providers to address issues and opportunities
- Supports new business opportunities and continuous process improvement
What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Media, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in advertising and marketing
- Strong knowledge of advertising and marketing
- Experience with account and project management
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and advisory skills
- Excellent communication and networking skills; Fluent in English, Dutch, Papiamentu, and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong team player
- Contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment
