We are looking for an Executive Chef for a prestigious steakhouse with multiple locations on the island, known for its high volume of service with a simultaneous capacity of 100 – 120 covers.
Are you an accomplished and passionate Executive Chef looking for an exciting opportunity in a tropical paradise on the beautiful island of St. Maarten and showcase your culinary expertise while leading a talented team? The ideal candidate must be willing to commit to managing this restaurant in St. Maarten for a minimum of several years.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence;
- Develop innovative menus and dishes, maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation;
- Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets for optimal performance;
- Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards;
- Train, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional results;
- Collaborate with management to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain the restaurant’s reputation.

Requirements:
