Housekeeping Supervisor

Impacto is one of the leading providers of outsourced cleaning and housekeeping services. For a new project, the cleaning of rented appartements all over curacao, we are looking for an experienced and reliable housekeeping supervisor to start immediately.

Desription

• Help organise/coordinate the logistics with regard to the planning, having a large amount of apartments across Curacao that need cleaning;
• Drive from location to location with a team of housekeepers to excute the cleaning;
• Help manage and execute the cleaning in a hands-on manner, cleaning yourself as required;
• Inspect and signoff cleaned rooms when done and the quality standards are met;
• Communicate with various teams including the client, managers and housekeepers.

Profile

• Proven experience as Housekeeping supervisor;
• Very strong eye for detail;
• Strong people management, training and motivations skills;
• Proactive and hands-on, willing to do whats needed to get the job done;
• Very flexible to work in terms of location and days (weekends e.t.c. but no night shifts);
• In procession of dirvers license and own car to perform the required work (you will receive compensation for using your own vehicle);

We will offer above market salaries and compensations, starting at Nafl. 13.00 gross per hour minimum depending on your experience, with additional incentives, commissions and benefits.
